These Terms govern the use of RibatAI, operated by Samira Ait Taleb (“we”, “us”), by registered users and workspaces.

2. The Service

RibatAI is an AI-assisted brainstorming application that turns a topic into structured idea boards, enables real-time collaboration and maintains a usage-based memory. Features may evolve; availability is not guaranteed. [add SLA if applicable]

3. Accounts

Sign-in uses a one-time email code. You are responsible for keeping your access confidential. A minimum age of [16/18] applies.

4. Plans, credits and payment

There is a free tier and paid plans (Pro, Team) plus credit packs. Prices and inclusions are shown on the pricing section. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew for the chosen period until cancelled. [add cancellation/refund terms]

8. AI disclaimer

Generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions without your own review.

9. Liability
